this has been my most successful week i just weighed myself tonite and i’m little over 200lb. of coarse i feel pretty flat but that’s from lack of carbs so i might do a little more sunday.
- 8am 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ one scoop protein, protein shake one scoop
- 10:30am 4 oven-baked turkey meatballs,3 tbsp cream of wheat
- 12:40pm 50g whey protein, 1 banana
- 2:30 6oz tilapia,1000mg flaxseed oil
- 5pm 6 eggwhite devils egg salad
- 7:30 2 cans low sodium tuna (tuna celery sticks)
- 10pm 50g whey protein,1000mg flaxseed oil
